Striking artwork at Art Basel Miami came in all shapes, forms, and even receptacles, including cocktail glasses. At Pao restaurant, Faena’s Mixologist Marko Tomovic and Bombay Sapphire Brand Ambassador Gary Hayward collaborated to create striking works of art—in a drinkable format. Regarding the drinks’ inspiration, Hayward comments that, “The entire menu was about abandoning artistic boundaries, genres and stuffy rules for how art should be expressed. Although, many of the Cocktail presentations could be viewed as deliberately disruptive, the truth is that they were designed with beauty at the very core and with the hope that guests could define the artistic style, using their own imagination.”
