It’s Halloween week, which means it’s time for ghosts, goblins, and a few libations. If you’re looking for something to whip up for the adults while the kids are out trick-or-treating this year, we’ve rounded up a few cocktails that are perfect for the holiday.
Ingredients:
1½ parts SVEDKA Cherry
1½ parts watermelon juice
Splash orange liqueur
¼ part fresh lime juice
Pinch salt
2 drops black food coloring (red/green/blue mixed together)
Directions: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake, and strain in to a Martini glass. Garnish with star anise and sugared rim.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal
½ oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
½ oz. Absinthe
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Egg White
¼ Bar Spoon Activated Charcoal
Directions: Combine all ingredients into tin shaker and dry shake without ice for 4-6 seconds. Add ice then shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with 1/4 bar spoon of activated charcoal over top of cocktail and swirl with skewer.
Ingredients:
1.75 oz. Makers Mark
1 oz. Simple syrup
.5 oz. Lime juice
5 Blackberries
3 oz. Pops Porter
Directions: Muddle 5 blackberries in a shaking tin until well mashed. Pour in Makers Mark, simple syrup and lime juice. Shake with ice vigorously for 5-10 seconds. Pour Porter beer into a highball and fine strain cocktail over beer. Top with ice and 2 blackberries on a pick.

2 oz. dark rum
5 oz. Brooklyn Crafted Extra Spicy Ginger Beer
Skull Ice cubes
Brandied Cherry Juice Floater
3 Lychees and 3 blueberries
Directions: Place two skull ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill shaker with 2 oz. rum and ½ oz. brandied cherry juice and shake to chill. Pour over ice and top with Brooklyn Crafted ginger beer. Garnish with lychee and blueberry “eyeball.

.75 oz. Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
.75 oz. Campari
.75 oz. Dry Curacao
.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 dash of Regan’s Orange Bitters
Lemon twist for garnish
Directions: Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupette glass.
