8 Rosés For National Rosé Day

National Rosé Day is coming! Always celebrated the second Saturday in June, you can probably guess how to celebrate this one — by drinking a glass of rosé!

Rosé can be made with a wide variety of different grapes, and get their pink color from the skins of the grapes. When grapes are crushed to make wine, the skins are left in with the juice for one to three days, giving the final rosé that signature pink color. In contrast, when you make red wine you leave those skins in for the entire fermentation process. The longer skins stay in contact with the wine, the redder it will become.

This year the big day falls on June 10th. If you’re not sure what rosé to grab for the occasion, here are a few great choices!
