Edible Art by Cheese Sculptors Ich&Kar

Michaelangelo sculpted the David out of marble, Rodin sculpted the Thinker out of bronze, and now, Ich & Kar have sculpted Pièces Montèes out of Camembert (and other French Cheeses). The duo designed the new space for the French Cheesboard in Nolita, and created these stunning (and delicious) pieces for a display. After the display, guests were invited to eat the art, which added a further layer of appreciation for the creations, tinged with a touch of sadness at their being gone. Luckily, they were captured in these delightful photos.
