It’s January, and everything is coming up citrus. Grapefruits, tangerines, yuzus, satsumas, lemons, and limes, and everything else in between. Take advantage of the fresh harvest that winter provides. This yield not only tastes delicious, but also photographs delightfully. And with colds flying around all winter long, it’s good to stock up on the vitamin C packed wonders.
