Lars Von Trier, the director who we’re almost obliged to describe as “infamous,” has released two more posters for his upcoming film Nymphomaniac, starring Shia LaBeouf, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Willem Dafoe, Christian Slater and many others. That makes 16 posters in all when you count the 14 released last month, and each of them includes at least one of his characters simulating the moment of climax; the “O-face,” if I may. The film is an erotic drama that essentially seems like a nymphomaniac retelling the story of his life after he’s found beaten in an alley. It has the potential to be super sexy, but, let’s be honest, this is Lars Von Trier. If anyone can make sex boring, it’s him.
