FYF Festival Unveils 2018 Lineup: Florence + The Machine, Janet Jackson Headlining

Goldenvoice announced Friday this year’s FYF Festival lineup to celebrate the event’s 15th anniversary, with Janet Jackson and Florence + The Machine headlining.

The festival will take place on July 21-22 at Exposition Park in Los Angeles, Calif. This will be Jackson’s second time at the festival after appearing during Missy Elliott’s set last year, while Welch’s band hasn’t performed since the How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful Tour two years ago. This will be Jackson and Welch’s second headlining gigs this year after Panorama NYC and Osheaga Festival, respectively.

Besides Jackson and Welch headlining, this year’s lineup is the festival’s most diverse ever, with acts like My Bloody Valentine, The Breeders, Future, The xx, St. Vincent, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Kali Uchis and Daniel Caesar.

“In the past 15 years, this festival has grown immensely with a strong team of women and men behind it to bring fans the best weekend of summer,” FYF/Goldenvoice booker Jennifer Yacoubian said of this year’s lineup. “And with incredible artists like Janet Jackson and Florence + The Machine topping this year’s bill, we are so psyched to have two badass women leading the roster as we head into FYF Fest 2018.”

For the fourth year in a row, the festival is teaming up with charity organization Plus 1 to help global and local organizations supporting communities in need. They will donate $1 for every ticket sold.

Passes will go on sale Friday, Apr. 6 at 12 noon EST, with American Express members getting early access from Apr. 3-5. The full lineup is included below.
