Forget October—summer is apparently the new season for horror, at least on the small screen. TV networks have been ravenously snatching up rights to classic horror films. MTV reports a Scream series in the works. Lifetime is developing a Silence of the Lambs prequel. And William Blatty hopes to bring Pazuzu to basic cable.
