Paste photographer Kristen Blanton caught up with Brooklyn’s Lucius at UtopiaFest held in the oasis of Utopia Texas. Front-women Holly Laessig and Jess Wolfe interviewed with Grammy Television, soundchecked at the festival’s largest stage, hung out with their band and delivered an unforgettable performance. Wolfe even got to ask a couple up to the stage, where a proposal followed.
As the sun set, the crowd begged for an encore and Lucius delivered, as they always do.
