Brooklyn’s annual Northside Festival wrapped last Sunday, keeping the L trains packed for a 5-day dash through music venues, eateries and lecture halls. There was a lot going on, and FOMO ran at fever pitch as throngs of people (estimated at 100,000 “creative and cultural trendsetters”) made Bedford Avenue even less hospitable than normal. Photographer Drew Reynolds used the event as a giant studio, sprinting from concert hall to concert hall for a series of portraits seen in the gallery above. Reynolds met with Paste favorites including Jay Som, Beverly, Girlpool, Wilsen and 16 other up-and-coming groups.
