Day two of the Red Bull Thre3stye pre-qualifier once again brought four international DJs on stage to battle for a chance to move on to the World Finals to be crowned the World’s Best Party Rock DJ. While all four competitors—Four Color Zack (USA), DJ Drummer (Chile), DJ Pandol (South Korea) and DJ DNS (Netherlands)—brought an energy at Double Door that was lacking from the first day of the competition, Four Color Zack from USA and DJ Drummer were two stand-outs of the competition. Four Color Zack from USA amped up the crowd’s energy with cheers of “USA,” but DJ Drummer from Chile started off the competition with confidence and was announced the winner and will be moving on to the World Finals. Each competitor’s set had the crowd’s attention, but the DJ of the night was the ending headliner, Gaslamp Killer, who brought the atmosphere at Double Door to another level.
