In the Neighborhood Photos: Steve Gunn Hits the Vinyl Crates and Arcades of Chinatown

Philadelphia native Steve Gunn moved to New York City roughly 15 years ago, and in that time he’s lived all over Brooklyn, Manhattan and traveled the world. Paste was lucky enough to catch Steve while he was home after an extensive summer tour in support of his most-recent wondrous release, Eyes on the Lines, for some much deserved time off. Photographer Taylor Swaim and he spent a sweltering summer day checking out some of his favorite hidden spots in Chinatown. Check out the gallery to get a glimpse of how Steve spends his downtime back home, including a trip to Downtown Music Gallery (one of the best places to hunt for records in the city) and an arcade where killed it at Hoop Shot and Guitar Hero.
