There’s a warm light reflected off of the light patina coating Rob Baird. The Austin-based songwriter brings to the fore all the wholesome relatable feels that Americana is supposed to embody. Lightning struck and brought on a rain delay for his show at Luck Reunion, casting a shadow over everything. Still, the familial and bright Texas Mood can’t be shut out.
