The Regrettes have canceled the remainder of their April and May tour dates across the U.S. supporting SWMRS, citing frontwoman Lydia Night’s vocal health issues. The 18-year-old posted a note on Twitter Monday explaining that the decision “pains us,” but “playing shows right now is really not what’s best for my health.”
The L.A.-based band are refunding tickets for their headlining shows on April 2 in Dallas, Texas, and April 6 in Washington, D.C., but they are unable to refund other dates. The Regrettes asked that anyone coming to see them email theregrettesloveu@gmail.com with proof of purchase and “we will make it up to you.” If there’s a silver lining here, it’s Night’s mention of the group prepping their forthcoming sophomore record. We wish her a speedy recovery.
While you can’t see them on the road, listen to their latest release “Pumpkin” and revisit The Regrettes’ 2018 Paste Studio session below.
