“Resurrected: The Best of Adam’s Road” is the band’s sixth studio release, made available in June of 2013. It is a compilation album composed of newly re-mixed and re-mastered songs that have stood the test of time as perennial fan favorites. In revisiting these songs, the listener is reminded of the freedom, life, and hope we have in our resurrected Savior, Jesus! The album kicks it off with "Saved By Grace," a resolute anthem declaring the power of our merciful God to save us despite our sinful condition. "No Greater Love," a moving ballad about the love Jesus showed us, is reimagined in a gentler acoustic setting, with a new finger-picked guitar part and live strings. "Crazy About Me," a song from Adam’s Road’s first album demonstrating the awe we feel as believers in Christ, is revitalized with new drum and bass parts which add even more drive to the song. Also included is a live version of "Enemy of the Cross," performed on the TV show Heart of the Matter. To capture a fuller picture of an Adam’s Road concert, this album also includes part of the testimony of band member Joseph Warren ("Palms Of His Hands"), as he introduces the moving song "I Would Die For You". As Joseph weaves God’s Word into his testimony, the listener comes to more fully appreciate the intensely personal nature of Jesus’ death on the cross. As a live version of "I Would Die For You" begins playing, the tone has already been set for the listener to internalize the words of Jesus' intimate love in the song. We hope you enjoy this project that is the collaboration of 7 years of our ministry producing music and sharing the Word of God through song.
