English-born, Chicago indie rocker Dashdown's 2020 EP Wish is acoustic sister to EP 3 From Me, an ode to native rights released at SXSW in 2019. Dashdown spent much of 2019 touring as solo opener for rock legend Tommy Stinson (The Replacements/Gun's'NRoses/Bash'NPop/CowboysInTheCampfire) resulting in the two recording a few songs together, including the "M.I.A. Lately". Dashdown's 2010 solo debut Rock & Roll Vacation was described by Jersey Beat as "Raw’n’ragged, no-nonsense meat 'n potatoes rock & roll delivered with a rare dearth of pretense". Dashdown's rock lineage includes Waiting For Henry, the brothers Braam, Boom Hank, Billhouse, The Nurv and Rollover
