This spring, Lowcountry culture meets a vibrant and diverse musical lineup at the waterfront just outside the historic beauty of Charleston, SC. The inaugural High Water Festival, curated by the Holy City-based folk duo Shovels & Rope, comes to Riverfront Park in North Charleston Saturday-Sunday, April 22-23, 2017.
