Victoria Beckham Reveals New Affordable Target Collection

Spice Girl-turned-fashion icon Victoria Beckham has dropped the highly anticipated lookbook for her forthcoming collaboration with Target. The 200+ piece collection is set to be released in stores and online on April 9, and judging from the highlighted looks in our gallery, it’s going to be a hit.

The collection includes both womenswear and, surprisingly, childrenswear—a first for Beckham. The people who will buy this collection are probably the same people who ate up the SugarFix by BaubleBar jewelry line. Beckham’s collection is cute and accessible, with ‘70s-inspired florals, seafoam green lace and peplums. It’s a collection that screams rather than whispers “spring,” and it’s a bit hard to keep Miranda Priestley’s clipped sarcasm out of our heads. Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking.

However, there are some standout positives about VB x Target. For one, the line’s sizes range from XS to 3X, making the collection more accessible for women of all body types. Another plus is that the pieces are quite affordable, with the prices ranging from $6 to $70. That seafoam green lace dress? Only $40.

Also, some of the pieces aren’t half bad, once you wade past some of the more basic dresses. Some of our favorites include the Women’s Black Collared Dress (bunnies on the collar!), Women’s Black Satin Embellished Bug Bomber Jacket and the Sex and the City throwback Fuchsia Twill Two Piece. Cosmopolitan, anyone?
