While Halloween’s technically today, people all over have been celebrating since last Friday, especially at Voodoo Music + Arts Experience. As if New Orleans wasn’t already the perfect place to get in the spirit, the three-day fest celebrated their 17th year this past weekend. Boasting headliners including The Weeknd, Tool and Arcade Fire, the fest didn’t disappoint—with music or costumes. Luckily, photographer Amanda Wicks was on the scene to capture it all.
