It’s been about a year since Nashville got tough on Airbnb rentals, but things seem to be going pretty swimmingly for both hosts and guests in the Music City—and since then, the company has been credited with bringing $1.7 million in tax revenue to the city. Nashville has also been recognized as one of America’s Most Hospitable Cities, meaning it has one of the highest percentages of five-star listings in the country. Whole house rentals currently average about $220/night, while you can rent a room for around $80/night. This unique rental lets you stay in one of Nashville's most happening hoods, East Nashville. "La Sirena" is a well-equipped vintage camper that also has access to a bathhouse, outdoor shower, and Superhost J.Wes's 1928 bungalow. He says he and his artist roommate have an open door policy, and it's not uncommon for him to serve a communal supper in the garden.
