Hulu's Shut Eye Renewed for Season Two

Hulu drama Shut Eye has been renewed for a 10-episode second season. John Shiban will serve as executive producer and showrunner, along with Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein. The premiere date for season two has yet to be set.

Shut Eye stars Jeffrey Donovan (Burn Notice), KaDee Strickland (Private Practice), Isabella Rossellini (Blue Velvet) and more. The Hulu original drama series follows Donovan as Charlie, a fortune-telling scammer who begins questioning his life choices following a traumatic event—as the season one trailer puts it, “fake psychic, real visions.”

The show hasn’t attracted that much hype yet, but it was listed on Paste’s “5 New TV Shows You Can’t Miss” last December. That, along with the season two renewal and the acting prowess of Donovan, is enough to keep us watching.

Hulu is currently streaming all first season episodes, making it even easier to binge. Watch the season one trailer below.
